Welcome to I Can Run CIC. We are a unique not-for-profit women only running group in the East of England and 'run' in Suffolk: Ipswich, Felixstowe and Bury St Edmunds.
This page accompanies our TeamApp booking system. You can use the webpages here to explore and get booked into our weekly runs or you can download the TeamApp app from Google play or iTunes. Search and download the app to your smartphone, create an account and search for 'I Can Run CIC'. Once downloaded, there are a list of groups you can ask to join, please pick the ones that interest you.
